My Friend Jen will be travelling to Nigeria to visit the Sickle Cell Aid Foundation, who’s goal it is to “raise awareness about sickle cell disease and sickle cell trait.” And also to “provide the most current and useful information available about sickle cell disease.” Their motto; “hopeful living.” As they believe that with hope, Sickle Cell sufferers can live a normal life.

With your help, we hope to be able to assist them with achieving their goal and living up to their motto by raising enough money to put towards the printing cost of 200 books. These books will then be donated to the Foundation for them to distribute to the sickle cell community within Nigeria.
