My Friend Jen will be travelling to Gambia in just under 4 weeks time to visit The Sickle Cell Association, Banjul Chapter. One of their aims and objectives as the only Sickle Cell Association in The Gambia is to create awareness of the disease for better understanding and proper management.

With your help, we hope to be able to assist them with these aims by raising enough money to put towards the printing cost of 100 books (hopefully more). These books will then be donated to the association for them to distribute to the sickle cell community within Gambia.
